Every piece is made from a single stone that we never reproduce. The stone decides the shape, so no two pieces share a cut. When a piece sells, that number is retired — there is no restock and no second edition.
Yes. The photo on the product page is the actual stone in that piece. Natural stones have inclusions and variations — those are provenance, not defects, and they are exactly what you receive.
Every order ships in a cotton-lined stone box with the certificate. If it's a gift, note it in your message and we'll include a handwritten card with the stone's story — free of charge.
Yes — within 30 days, in original condition. Because each stone is one of one, returns are inspected and then the number is retired anyway; the piece never goes back on sale.
